(c) reject, move or remove any material that you submit to the-site
(d) reject, move or remove any content available on the site—
(e) deactivate or delete your account and all related material
- You are solely responsible for all actions and activities under your password and must not disclose it to any third party.
- All material on the site, including text, design, graphics, apps, software and source code, is the intellectual property of Driver Rater and subject to copyright
- Any downloading of material must only be for personal non-commercial use. No part of the site may be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means, (e.g. electronic, mechanical, photocopying or recording) without prior written permission from Driver Rater.
- You may send the site URL to a third party to enable viewing of material in context.
- You grant to Driver Rater a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, transferable, royalty-free licence to use the review content in any form in any media at any time. To that end, you waive your intellectual property rights in reviews and related material and will not assert such rights against Driver Rater or any person claiming under it.

- Do not use language which is considered illegal in public places within your Jurisdiction.
